Ridley, Bowser JR, Celda Link - SSBB?
I didn’t know weather or not to post this so this is four day’s old but I still think it makes a good rumor and it actually really believable. According to Live Wii Ridley, Bowser JR, and Celda Link (Wind Waker Link) will all be in Super Smash Bros Brawl.
Director Masashiro Sakurai spoke with “The Gaming Show,” a Japanese radio show, about his anticipated Wii title.
I also have bad news for some of you who liked to play as Young Link, Ice Climbers, and Mr. Game & Watch. They apparently took Ice Climbers and Game & Watch out because they where unpopular but to people who knew how to use them right they where indeed some of the best characters because they have abilities no one knows of. Taking young link out was a good idea since they will have Cell Shaded Link.
I am not saying this is totally true since the only spot I heard it from is LiveWii but it is likely!
Sorry, but this was confirmed fake a long time ago. In fact, this is one of the oldest rumors about Brawl. It is simply speculation.
Besides, why would they take out Mr. Game & Watch and Ice Climbers? They were original characters with original movesets.
Take a look at Link’s special moves update. Notice how they seemed to improve some of his attacks. Instead of getting rid of those two characters, they could make them BETTER.
Same goes with the clones. Even Dr. Mario and Pichu have a chance of returning if they get new movesets.
However, no old characters have been confirmed to be taken out of Brawl. I doubt they’re going to have a “We took Pichu out of the game” update, so we might have to wait all the way until December 3rd to find out.
However, I fully support Ridley in Brawl.
