Some employees of Anderson, S.C. Toys”R”Us found a kid in the game section writing “PS3 Sucks” on 23 PS3 game cases.  This kid was 13 years old and was held for a while until the parents could not be contacted.  He was then brought into child services.

I think this is just wrong, not the writing on cases (yea that to) but the whole thing about Child Services, now he will be taken away.
